The hotel is situated right next to the zocalo, which is fantastic for exploring the area. The rooms I stayed in were clean, but I had to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues. The service had ups and downs; while some staff were friendly, there was a hiccup when I was charged extra for additional guests. Overall, the location is a major plus, but the room change left a bit to be desired.
